This stunning transformation of a 100-year-old bungalow by Abodo, sought to strike a balance between sustainability and healthy living for a young family with a constrained budget.

This renovation features natural materials throughout including our cork flooring Wise Cork Traces Natural. Living area ceilings feature sound absorptive treatment to reduce the build-up of noise levels, with Abodo timber battens over Autex AAB recycled black polyester blanket. Our cork flooring runs throughout the extension creating a naturally insulating and comfortable underfoot experience. Terra Lana NZ natural wool insulation has been used in external wall cavities.

From the kitchen and living areas through to the bathrooms, our cork flooring fills this beautiful house creating a warm, sustainable envirnoment for years to come.
